Make Up Collective Haul
Hello, welcome to my new blog! I felt for 2018 I really wanted a change, so I changed the name and also my platform! Anyway... Throughout December and January I have bought WAY too much make up, so I thought I would show it in a collective haul, as I find make up hauls to be very popular on my blog.
First items are from Anastasia Beverly Hills, now I am obsessed with this brand so when they had sales on during Black Friday, I took advantage. The first thing I picked was the cream contour kit, I know I am so late to the party with this one and I now realise what all the fuss was about. I usually use a powder contour, now after using the cream I don't think I will revert back to powder! The colour payout of the product it's self is fantastic and it blends out really well. I picked the LIGHT palette up so I can use it without a tan and with as the darkest shade is still dark for me!
Secondly, not that I needed another glow kit. However I bought another glow kit, I find that ABH have some of the best highlighters out there at the moment! Unlike majority of the ABH glow kits this has 6 different highlighters in and they are all beautiful gold tones!
Next Items were from Tarte, which is a new brand for me but I have heard amazing things so I was so excited to try out their stock! I chose 4 items in total the first item that caught my eye was the Clay Palette which is a face shaping palette inside there is a total of 12 pans with a mixture of contours, shadows and highlights. the packaging is cardboard but is pretty strong and not flimsy.
If you have read my blog for a while then you will know that I am obsessed with highlighters, so I picked up the Rain Forest of the Sea Highlight palette! The shades are very light and golden, I wouldn't say they're the most pigmented but they are certainly buildable!
The last two items I picked were two minis a contour and highlight which are so practical for traveling and going in my handbag! The highlight is a very light champagne colour and the contour is a very warm brown!
Last item has been all over blogs and instagram, since Primark brought out their make up range. Its the peach palette. I do not think that it is going to live up to my too faced peach palette but for £6 I couldn't say no!
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my first blog post of 2018 and I hope you all like my new blog and blog name! In the comments leave me some inspiration for future posts!
Thanks
Mel
